Hello and welcome to EAT!

We’re on a mission to build a world class education company about regenerative agriculture, land restoration, and sustainable techniques and technologies.

If you are reading this you’re probably the kind of person who has an interest in local food, preserving the environment and maybe even making the world a better place.

If we sound idealistic, it’s because we’re busy building companies that we believe in. Our partners and our instructors are all on the front lines making new innovations in sustainable, local agriculture and ecological land restoration possible.

To quote Thoreau, If you have built castles in the air, your work need not be lost; that is where they should be. Now put the foundations under them.

We’re keeping our dreams big, while making sure to build things in the real world to make a difference. That’s what The EAT Community is all about. Thinking and Doing.

I hope that you will join us on our journey. There’s a lot of work to be done, and it will take as many people as we can get to build and support local food infrastructure, come up with solutions to environmental degradation & climate change, and to solve some of our biggest challenges.
